When my head starts to throb,
my eyes sting from the long hours of reading and writing,
I am tempted to stop.
My hands would shake,
my heart grows heavy,
my flesh yearns and I utter to God,
'I am tired Lord!'
and would wish I didn't just said those words.
For I do not have the right to say those words,
when all I have done is obey and follow His lead.
He already shouted an answer to my plea:
'it is finished!'
I saw the wave,
It tossed and turned the boat and it's passengers hearts.
They cried out to the Sleeping Saviour,
'Do you not care if we perish?'
Oh how it reflects you and me.
Then He awakens and raises His hands,
the storm calms.
They were amazed!
Then He finally said, 'Oh you of little faith!'
'Come to me,
I am your strength you who are weak.
Come to me,
I am your righteousness to those who sin.'
'Come to me,
I am all that you need.
To Satisfy what the world could never meet.'
'Come to me,
and I will come to thee,
Oh! you who are tired and weary!
I am your rest and your safety!'

Hiling ni Ama
A poem by one of my disciples. In the point of view of the Heavely Father. It's a heart's Day poem.
Anak kamusta ka?
Kaya mo pa ba?
Buhay mo'y di maipinta.
Puso mo'y durog na.
Sabi mo mahal ka niya,
Bakit ngayo'y inalipusta?
Pinagbabawalan ka niya,
Gayong iyon sa iyo'y magpapasaya.
Sa pagdudurusa ayaw kang makita,
Sapagkat puso ko'y nababalisa.
Kung ako'y iyong bibigyang pansin,
Iisa lamang ang hiling.
Prinsesa ko umuwi ka na.
Hindi muna kailanagan pang magdusa.
Lahat ng Kadirapan mo,
Sa KRUS ninayaran ko na.

Would you still love me?
Would you still love me?
When you’ve finally know of my past,
The one’s I long no more to see.
I hope it won’t ruin the gift of today and our future dreams.
Would you still love me?
When you get to see the other side of me.
The one that got up on the wrong side of the bed,
With tangled hair and morning breathe.
Cause for me I’ll love you still my darling.
Would you still love me?
When you hear me sing in the showers,
Or you’ve got to wait for me for hours.
And life doesn’t give us always sunshine and flowers.
We’ll hold on to God for our rainbows and better tomorrows.
Would you still love us?
When our touch is not as smooth as before,
With our old, shaking and calloused hands
I’ll still hold yours Mahal to the end of time.
Would you still love us Honey?
When our kisses won’t be as sweet,
Sweet as when we were young.
But know that I’ll still kiss them like it’s the first time.
Would you still love us?
When our eyes are bleak,
And our minds and ears may forget and lose sound.
Let our hearts recall the love we have long found in God.
I would still love you and me.
Even if the worst comes first before the better times,
As long as you are mine.
I would still love you and me,
Because ours is the best love story,
Handwritten by the Greatest Author,
The Lover of our Souls.
A story intended to last Now and Forevermore.

Balang Araw (Poem not mine but by a friend)
This poem is penned by one of my disciples. They send me random messages and I enjoy reading them. This one is very 'Love month' inspired! :D <3
Hindi pa man panahon
Puso ko'y walang pangamba,
Alam kong my plano si Ama,
Kung tayo talaga BALANG ARAW
makakapiling ka.

Hunger and Thirst: You Satisfy Me (Feb. 6, 2015)
I come,
And I sing.
I lift up my hands in Worship.
I must,
And should be,
Overwhelmed by your glory.
But why am I just ok?
There's a hunger that just won't go away.
Lord Jesus come and meet me,
Come and meet at your feet.
For I am Thirsty,
and I am Hungry,
For the Living Waters of my Soul.
You satisfy me,
You revive me,
My Everlasting Lord,
My Everlasting Lord.
I come,
And I sit,
At the Feet of your throne.
I must,
And should be,
Enamoured by your mercy.
But why am I just ok?
There's a thirst that just won't go away.
Lord Jesus come and meet me,
Come and meet at your feet.
For I am Thirsty,
and I am Hungry,
For the Living Waters of my Soul.
You satisfy me,
You revive me,
My Everlasting Lord,
My Everlasting Lord.
And I sing.
